There are may stress in our day to day life. Those who are working in offices have a different stress, those who are studying in colleges and schools have different stress. Mainly aged people have many stresses. But in present days stress mainly attracts towards young stress. Lacks of people who losses their job has other type of stress.
The basic thing for stress is due to physical and mental illness. Physical illness means people keep on hurting about something, as a result they move outwards their regular life. Many started meditations as a practice, but they achieved beyond their limits. You do not need to travel beyond. Just try to learn a basic for your life. You can watch sports men and joggers will take air very deeply, but we cannot. This is because of impurities.
