How to reduce stress?




















There are may stress in our day to day life. Those who are working in offices have a different stress, those who are studying in colleges and schools have different stress. Mainly aged people have many stresses. But in present days stress mainly attracts towards young stress. Lacks of people who losses their job has other type of stress.

The basic thing for stress is due to physical and mental illness. Physical illness means people keep on hurting about something, as a result they move outwards their regular life. This mainly happened when they attend an improper balanced diet. Some , bother about their health. You can see this type of behavior among children. Why sometime even grown up people behave like that? It is because of some chemical changes occur in our body as a result of an improper diet.

Diet is not only the reason for physical fitness. We should check our stamina before moving to the other topic. Stamina mainly depends on our mental health. We should first behave like a lion. No fears, no tears. We are loosing our body power mainly because of fear. Fear kills. Fear is the world's first dangerous disease. Nothing can stop disease unless we defeat fear, even disease stop. Stamina mainly depends on our mental health. Our inner body has the power to travel beyond your limits. You just think that you are smelling the lemon. You can feel but you cannot touch the smell. Smell is our inner body. We can build our inner body by deep meditation and yoga.


Many started meditations as a practice, but they achieved beyond their limits. You do not need to travel beyond. Just try to learn a basic for your life. Many research proved that a deep meditation creat some energy inside our body. It may be enormous than all source in this world. First, thing you have to build your inner body or mental health is by deep breath. h deeply clean impure air throughout your body. Many have a question that why we have to i deeply.


We are already breathing the same air but why?


Our heart pumps blood to some extent. We are also breathing impure air and dust every day. So, the blood cannot flow freely inside our body. A deep breath helps us to push oxygen to all parts of our body and even purify impurities inside our body.

You can watch sports men and joggers will take air very deeply, but we cannot. This is because of impurities.

What is the relation between physical and mental stress?

Some person's body seems to be very weak. This definitely leads to stress. Due to heavy work our body gets tired. As a result, the same terrific stress follows us. Some may suffer a severe head ache because of stress. Some may even loss their mind and reach a severity of stress, that is mad. Stress is not a minor problem. continious stress pushed many towards suicide. It is a slow poison. It should be killed before it kill us. The loss of mind or loss of stamina is known as mental stress. This mainly happened because of torture, pressure, and so on.

Stress may cause severe diseases like diabetes, difficult to sleep, depression, muscle soreness, severe head ache, feelings of sadness, etc.


Ways to reduce stress :

1. Practicing yoga.

2. Deep meditation.

3. Playing football produce harmones which relieve stress.

4. Chat with friends.

5. Listening and playing stringed instruments and flute.

6. Sing along with music.

7. Drink ice water and juice frequently a day.

8. Complete sleep atleast for 6 hrs.

9. Pray in a calm place for complete relaxation.

10.Take a walk for 10 to 20 minutes.

11. Do a simple exercises like stretching.

12.Take a deep breath at early morning.

13. Feel nature.

14. Keep on skipping for 20 to 50 times at early morning.

15. Watch the beauty of cloud in the sky and try to compare the image with some animals,wonderland, fairy tales and angels.

16. Read Romantic stories and humorous stories.

17. Gardening. Feel the beauty of blossomed flowers. Touch it. Feel it.

18. Play with kids near your house.

19. Create your imagination through arts and crafts.

20. Think about your childhood days.

21. Watch twinkling stars at night.

22. Draw what you imagine.

26. Dip your feet inside some small water in a tub. Just close your eyes and imagine that you are playing in a beach. Take some water in your hand and spray it in your face. Your stress will fly as a bird.

28. Watch humor on TV atleast three times a day.

29. Reduce Alcoholic beverages. Mostly try to avoid atleast till your stress time.

30. Eat citrus fruits 2 times a day.

31. Reduce fat contented food.
